Group Size
Unless otherwise advised a maximum group will consist of up to 12 learners per trainer.
Cancellation Policy
If up to 1 week of advance notice is given, no charge applies. If less than 1 week or no advance notice is given, the full invoice price still applies.
Payments
Payment should be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Please remember to send payment remittance. Payment should be made by cheque, crossed and made payable to ‘Ultimate Care Midlands Ltd’.
BACS available.
Learners will not be disadvantaged due to payment issues by a third party.
